Butcher Information
We normally butcher at 250 to 300 lbs live weight.
Upon butcher expect 30 percent loss of weight from live weight to hanging weight.
We sell butchered pigs for $3.50 per lb. hanging weight, plus harvest fee. Individuals can pick their butcher of choice.
Harvesting of pigs on the farm is allowed with no harvest fee charged.
Please call in advance for butcher pigs.
